Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase and for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges or refund for the items purchased from us providing, the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging, still secured with black, gold or silver band
  • All items must be unused, unwashed, not dyed and in its original condition

To maintain hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange or refund any all wigs purchased on our website.


All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 14 days of receiving purchased items.


Before returning any item(s), email cs@mokxie.com with reasons for return good and order number. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return so we can identify the package as yours.

For exchanges: email cs@mokxie.com your order number, reasons for exchange, and details of the item(s) you would like instead. Item(s) can be exchanged for any item(s), deal, or sale of the same value or more subject to availability.  Your new item will only be dispatched once we have received the returned item(s) and processed any additional payment that may be required.

We endeavour to process your exchange immediately after receiving items. Exchange item(s) should be with you within 3-5days for customers in the UK & EU; and for customers in the US, Canada, Africa and Australia 5-9days once we’ve received the returned items. Unidentified parcels will be kept safely with us until we received a follow up from the customer.


All parcels returned back to us should be sent via tracked methods as we are not liable for items that we have not received nor signed for.
2.2 You receive a confirmation via email of your exchange or refund.
2.3 No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items. However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will also refund the cost of shipping.
2.4 Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability. Customer will be notified if we have no stock and will have the option to receive a refund or a similar item we have in stock.
2.5 In regards to international returns, no refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
2.6 All returns and exchanges will need to be shipped to:


You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) by following our returns process. You will be refunded the full postage charge of your item(s) if the item(s) has not already been sent out to you.


4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
